Built by a Golfer, for Golfers

Workhorse Tour launched in 2021 as a creative offshoot of Workhorse Brewing Company in Pennsylvania, built around the idea of merging competitive amateur golf with the community spirit of craft beer culture. What started as local tournaments and weekend outings quickly revealed a bigger opportunity.

In 2022, a partnership with the Golf Association of Philadelphia helped establish credibility in the regional golf scene. By 2023, the platform had grown into a fully independent resource — moving beyond events to become a dedicated source for golf culture, equipment reviews, course guides, and practical strategy for players of all skill levels.

Today, Workhorse Tour serves thousands of golfers who value substance over hype — readers who want honest gear recommendations, real-world techniques, and thoughtful writing about a game they love.

What Sets Us Apart

We don’t just write about golf — we live it, research it, and share what genuinely helps.

Honest, Unbiased Content

Every review and guide is based on real experience and thorough research — no paid placements, no fluff.

Deep-Dive Guides

We go beyond surface-level tips. Each article is designed to genuinely improve your understanding and game.

Community First

Workhorse Tour is built for golfers of all skill levels — a welcoming space to learn, share, and grow together.

Equipment We Actually Recommend

We test and research golf equipment extensively before recommending anything. When we suggest a driver, wedge, or training aid — it’s because we’ve done the homework and believe it’ll genuinely help your game.

Our gear guides are built on real-world performance, value for money, and honest comparisons — never brand deals.
